Here are some of my favorites books on WPF, or related to developing software using WPF:
- Pro WPF in C# 2010: Windows Presentation in .NET – Matthew MacDonald
- Excellent book, maybe the best book out there on WPF; very complete
- WPF 4 Unleaded – Adam Nathan
- Another excellent resource; full color; great explanations of topics like 3D graphics
- WPF Control Development Unleashed: Building Advanced User Experiences – Pavan Podila & Kevin Hoffman
- Nice book that goes into topics that some of the other books don’t cover; includes good patterns for developing controls
